Fit for Running

Running is one of the easiest sports to take up.
HOW: Everyone knows how to run and all you need is a pair of good shoes and suitable clothing.
WHY: Running is a great way to get a good aerobic work out and it’s a really flexible method of exercising as you can run at your own pace.

However, it is important to follow a few guidelines to prevent injury and maximize the benefits.

Shoes will really matter. No matter how good you are in running (specially if your favorite sport is running) if you are not comfortable with your shoes, its quality then, probably you will have a poor performance.

hi, I love running, hiking and rock climbing…it makes me feel healthy ^_^
